Pepes is a handmade paradise. Each of the six bungalows is furnished in native style, included are stocked mini bars, king size beds , a full bathroom with authentic Mexican tiles, and ceiling fans to complement the cool ocean breeze, with the sound of a crashing surf to lull you to sleep.
Lets not forget the king size Mayan hammocks on each porch.

The accommodations are picture perfect "palapas (thatched roof bungalows) with 20 foot ceilings, a sitting patio, native equipales (hand made chairs and tables) to take in the awesome sunsets, the nature show in sea in front of you, the magnificent coastline and distant mountains. All nestled in a tropical garden of giant coconut palm trees, towering cacti, brilliant bougainvillea, and producing banana trees.

Rates:
All inclusive of fabulous views, meals and drinks. We have included all taxes in this price but add 10% tip for our spoiling staff!!!!. We will need a Visa or MC to hold the reservation, and like to settle the bill in cash. Pesos, dollars, or travel checks.

If you need some great company on THANKSGIVING we do the traditional Turkeys cooked in our Clay oven with all the trimmings and a lot of sunshine!!!!!

Christmas and New Years and priced at. $225.US (pool side)- $250 (Ocean front) Plus, we require a week for each period. December 20-27 for Christmas and December 27- January 3 for New Years. No free days during this period.
