These self-catering apartments and studios are above and behind the village of Agia Efimia (Aghia Efimia) some 250 meters (5 minutes) walk from the seafront. Their slightly elevated position allows for dramatic views of the surrounding valley and across the rooftops of the port to the open sea towards Ithaca.

The dozen self-catering suites are housed in two buildings and are a mix of 1-bedroom apartments and studios. All self-catering apartments & studios are well furnished and possess an open-plan kitchenette with mini-oven and fridge, a multi-channel television, telephone, air-conditioning, a luxurious bathroom with hip-bath as well as shower and wc, and a spacious terrace or balcony with panoramic views.

The top floor of the first building houses two apartments and a spacious studio. The separating fences on the top floor terrace can be easily removed to enlarge the terrace if required, so this would be ideal as a combined family unit and/or for larger parties. Although all units are slightly different in layout, furnishings and décor, they all possess a certain flair.
