Not redeemed VIP nights will result in a charge of US$50 per night at time of cancellation!
If you would like to cancel your membership, please send an email to info@smalleleganthotels.com (Subject: Membership Cancellation - your hotel name, country) and include:
Hotel Name
Website Address
Your Name, Phone Number and Email Address
Reason for your Cancellation.
To accept your cancellation, the SEH Membership Logo needs to be taken off your website before the renewal date and any content stating that your hotel is a Member of Small Elegant Hotels. Otherwise the renewal shall be charged and no refund shall be issued.
