Rates from $99.00 to $300.00 per night. Hotel Rooms $99 to $225 Suites $225 to $300 All rates shown are for single or double occupancy – extra persons $20 per night. Children under 12 FREE. Sorry, No Pets. Three day minimum rental. Seasonal discounts: 10% on summer rentals All rates plus 11% State Sales Tax. Deposit of $100 per room is required for reservations. Refund only with minimum 30 day notice before arrival date. Free Parking.  Maid service every day. Holiday and event weekends are subject to high season rates. All rates and reservations are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Sample Resort can refuse service to anyone at anytime without explanation. Non-smoking rooms are available.
