This includes freshly-pressed orange juice and different sorts of home-made jam. Our chef, who is a trained and enthusiastic baker, takes great pleasure in personally baking brioche, butter croissants, flaky pastry, savoury and milk-loaf rolls for you. We will gladly serve you our local wines from the Valais both between meals and to accompany the dishes we have so carefully prepared for you. We select our wines directly from the vaults of local wine producers.

Franz Götzenberger, a keen climber himself, will give you tips on how you can get the most out of the many possibilities for exploring the spectacular countryside. If his schedule permits, he will gladly pack his rucksack and be your guide.
